To help support you in your new endeavor we have built an infrastructure to assist you with all facets of your franchise store. Here is a small sample of that infrastructure:

Building & Design

• In order to maintain consistency of design, quality of store build-out, and to ensure the most effective operational capabilities of each store, Lindburgers Franchising Company will assist you during this pre-opening development stage. We provide franchisees with standardized building plans including typical site layouts, exterior and interior facility design, architectural specifications, standard equipment contacts, and cost baselines. Franchisees are responsible for creating site-specific adaptations, construction documents and working with and hiring the construction contractors.
• We can assist you in the site selection process by reviewing your proposed site’s demographics and traffic patterns. (Our site approval for a Lindburgers restaurant is not an endorsement for success.)

• Lindburgers delivers a specialized, hands-on training program that includes training at both our corporate office and training store. Our 4-week program is focused on customer service, satisfaction and quality. Lindburgers University training is designed to take an individual with a successful business background and no restaurant experience and empower them with everything they need to know about running a Lindburgers restaurant.


• Lindburgers University Training Center is built on three legs of success:
  • First is a comprehensive Lindburgers 101 home program. This program gives you the opportunity to study and learn the Lindburgers Operations Manual.
  • Second is hands on training in a franchise store. This section gives you first hand experience of all facets of running a franchise store.
  • Third is a rigorous classroom training where you will learn:
    • Product knowledge
    • Store administration
    • POS technology
    • Store management strategies
    • Marketing techniques

This section completes your training with detailed back office restaurant experience. You will be exposed to everything from hiring and payroll to ordering the proper food inventory and supplies.

Ongoing Training/Support

• We are committed to offering an on-going training and support system. Each franchisee will work closely with their Field Support representative. You will also receive up to date operating and construction manuals to help you in running your Lindburgers store.
• During the exciting opening of your new Lindburgers restaurant, you can have the comfort knowing that we will be there on-site to offer grand opening support and assistance.
• You will also be able to collaborate with other franchisees during our quarterly franchise store meetings.
• Each trained Field Support personnel is dedicated to providing sound advice to you to help increase store profitability. You will have the ability to have regularly scheduled field visits and quality assurance consultations.
• Each franchisee will leverage Lindburgers Franchising Company’s volume purchasing agreements. We use an effective sourcing process in selecting our suppliers to ensure that each franchisee has top quality food and packaging products at a fair price.
• We have implemented a unique feedback mechanism that continually helps us develop new products that exceed our guest’s expectations.

• As part of your franchise fee you will receive grand opening marketing support. You will also receive a thorough high quality ad pack that will help lay out various ad campaigns. During your field support visits you can discuss various advertisement strategies and campaigns.
• Group marketing programs focused on building the Lindburgers brand of providing quality products, great service in a fun family environment.
• Our experience shows that the stores that are active in the community are the most successful ones. So with that in mind, we have prepared a series of marketing programs and grassroots tactics that you will be able to leverage within your community. You will be exposed to these guerilla warfare strategies during training at Lindburgers University and your field support visits.
